Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following return services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
10-Day Returns For Timepieces:
Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.
30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:
All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.
On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.

In a world of conformity and uniformity, Cartier has always stood out for its embrace and celebration of unique watch designs that nonetheless preserve an aura of pure class. This sweet spot between tastefulness and playfulness is where Cartier has thrived both as a jewelry maker and a watchmaker since 1847.
This piece speaks to exactly what we mean. Sure, it’s a Cartier Tank. Only the most iconic rectangular watch design in history. Yes, it’s a modest 31.5mm timepiece. But don’t get the wrong picture. This piece may be small in stature but it is large in presence. Instead of having the major axis of the rectangle heading north to south on this piece, Cartier rotated the design, making the watch wider east to west! The result is a piece that is every bit a Tank as any other, but that has its own striking identity and personality.
Aka, it’s pretty freaking cool
If we don’t have you yet, this piece is also gem-set on its bezel and case. The crown, usually topped with a sapphire cabochon, is instead set with a diamond. The numerals are stretched to fit the case width and the typeface is distorted to match.
Featuring a modified chemin de fer, the dial of this piece preserves the same design language we have come to know and love from the Cartier Tank collection, including the defining Roman numerals of Cartier lore. This piece is completed with a quartz movement for everyday reliability and a sapphire crystal for uncompromising utility and durability.
