Description

The Altitude is an elegant and contemporary interpretation of the classic dress watch. Inspired by the Art Deco architecture of the Peace Hotel in Shanghai, the intricacies of the Altitude's masterful design reveal themselves to the wearer over time. A clear, sapphire crystal case back reveals a mechanical self-winding movement, AM-4808, manufactured by Vaucher Manufacture in Fleurier for Meerson.  

 

With this Pop'Art limited series, Alexandre Meerson has fused the design and craft of the Altitude dress watch with his daring, vibrant and witty interpretation of Pop art. A maximum of 100 numbered pieces will be created across six original dial designs. This stunning timepiece is set in a grade 5 titanium case with a striking Blue Dots dial and rhodium hands. A dark blue denim strap with a matching titanium buckle completes the look.

 

The idea for Pop'Art derived from a private client's request to have an exceptional timepiece designed and crafted by Alexandre Meerson to celebrate his passion for art and his latest acquisition, Roy Lichtenstein's Girl in Mirror (1964). This creative experience took Alexandre Meerson on a months-long journey of discovery and inspired him to design a limited edition in order to share his joyous exploration of modern art, craft, and the meaning of time.

Our secure shipping service delivers Monday - Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For security purposes, every delivery requires an adult signature; Watches of Switzerland does not deliver to P.O. boxes nor third party forwarding services. Returns Policy

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following return services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
