10-Day Returns For Timepieces:
Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.
30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:
All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.
On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.

The Louis Erard Le Régulateur x Olivier Mosset is a limited-edition timepiece that seamlessly blends contemporary art with Swi s s watchmaking. Designed in collaboration with Swiss abstract artist Olivier Mosset, this watch features a 42mm sandblasted stai nl ess steel case with a black PVD treatment, creating a matte black finish. The dial is lacquered in shiny black with silver glitt er i nla ys, offering a minimalist aesthetic without logos or indices. The satin-finished hour, minute, and seconds hands are black PVD t reat ed, maintaining the monochromatic theme. Powered by the Sellita SW266-1 automatic movement, it provides a 38-hour powe r reserv e. The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters and comes with two black Baranil calf leather straps with tone-on-tone stitching a nd black calf leather lining. Limited to 178 pieces, the Le Régulateur Louis Erard x Olivier Mosset is a unique fusion of art and h orology.& lt; /span>
