Polishing

Watch polishing is the process of restoring the shine and luster to the exterior surfaces of a watch, specifically the case and bracelet (if metal). It involves removing scratches, blemishes, and other imperfections that accumulate over time due to wear and tear.

Servicing Mechanical Timepieces

The intricate mechanics of a luxury Swiss timepiece, comprised of hundreds of precisely interacting parts in constant motion, are susceptible to wear and tear over time. However, with proper care, your investment can maintain its functionality for years to come.

Regular servicing, even for seemingly new watches (every 5-7 years), is crucial. Lubricants essential for minimizing friction and protecting delicate internal components degrade naturally and require replacement. Our expert watchmakers are adept at addressing a wide range of mechanical watch concerns, ensuring a comprehensive service that restores your timepiece to optimal performance.

Servicing Quartz Timepieces

While boasting fewer moving parts compared to their mechanical counterparts, quartz timepieces still necessitate routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Our skilled watchmakers meticulously perform comprehensive checks.

This comprehensive maintenance process ensures your quartz watch continues to operate at peak performance for years to come. Check the watch’s water-resistance according to brand specification.

And finally, check the correct functioning of the hands and calendar mechanism if fitted. To ensure the watch is functioning accurately, we then test it statically for two days. This final inspection before we return your watch is critical – it’s then guaranteed for 12 or 24 months, depending on the brand.
