Free Expedited Delivery on Domestic Orders $500 and Up* (Estimated 1-3 Days)
Our shipping service operates Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. For security reasons, an adult signature is required for orders over $500 USD. Watches of Switzerland does not deliver to P.O. boxes or third-party forwarding/receiving services. FedEx tracking information will be provided via email at the time of shipping.
*Additional shipping fees may apply to domestic orders shipped outside the continental United States.

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store
Watches of Switzerland proudly offers buy online, pick up in store services where you can purchase a product online from home and collect from your nearest Watches of Switzerland showroom.
Most Buy Online, Pick up in Store orders arrive within two business days to your chosen location. When your order has arrived at your chosen showroom, you will be notified by email to collect your online purchase. To ensure the protection of your order, only the purchaser is authorized to collect and will need to bring the following documents when picking up the order from our showroom:
- A copy of your order confirmation email
- The original payment card or Affirm Loan ID (if applicable)
- Government issued photo ID card (one of the following)
- Passport
- Driver’s license
- State ID
- Military ID
