The 1912 design of the watch that would later be christened the “Baignoire” demonstrated Cartier's prowess in crafting watchmaking forms. An elegant ellipse uniquely forged in a single line, the “Baignoire” watch is the essence of Cartier style: an unmatched marriage of purity and timeless chic.

Rhodium-finish 18K white gold (750/1000) beaded crown set with a brilliant-cut diamond totaling 0.08 carats. Rhodium-finish 18K white gold (750/1000) rigid bracelet set with 436 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling 3.26 carats. Silvered grained dial, blued-steel sword-shaped hands, sapphire crystal. Length: 31.4 mm, width: 23.1 mm, thickness: 7.3 mm. Water-resistant up to 3 bar (approx. 30 meters/100 feet).
