Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following return services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
10-Day Returns For Timepieces:
Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.
30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:
All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.
On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label, free of cost*.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.

Overall Condition: Good condition overall. Case shows light wear associated with age and use. Dial and handset are in great condition. Factory strap and deployant show light wear.
Ladies' watches, unfortunately, don’t often get the attention they deserve.
It seems to be assumed that women are fine with shoddily designed timepieces devoid of soul. Of course, this is nonsense — there’s no reason whatsoever that a lady’s watch should be any less considered than a man’s!
Gianni Bulgari, a watch designer and third-generation member of the famed Greek-Italian jewelry dynasty, clearly doesn't feel this way. In 1989, following the sale of his stake in the Bulgari company to his family, he established a new watchmaking firm called GB Enigma in Switzerland to design compelling timepieces with unusual designs.
This particular Enigma is an exceptional piece fashioned from stainless steel. Encapsulating exactly the type of design-first mentality that Enigma took in crafting its unique pieces, it features a sapphire cabochon crown and a sapphire crystal. This piece most notably boasts an asymmetrical, almost claw-like case profile unlike anything else on the market, plus a handsome guilloche silver dial with applied 'baton' and 'Arabic' indices and a 'dauphine' handset.
The blue leather strap integrates directly into the case for a seamless flow tied together by a stainless steel deployant clasp, while a handy quartz movement serves as the power plant. For someone on the hunt for a design-forward timepiece to accompany an elegant night at a soirée or gala, it's an ideal choice. And did we mention it comes with its box and papers?
