10-Day Returns For Timepieces:
Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.
30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:
All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.
On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label, free of cost*.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.

There are iconic watches, and then there is the Patek Philippe Nautilus.
Introduced in 1976 and designed by Gérald Genta, the Nautilus fundamentally changed the trajectory of luxury watchmaking. Inspired by the shape of a ship's porthole and executed entirely in stainless steel, it challenged conventional wisdom about what a high-end watch could be. Nearly fifty years later, it remains the benchmark against which every luxury sports watch is measured.
This Ref. 3800/1A-001 represents one of the most important chapters in the Nautilus story. Introduced in the early 1980s, the reference was conceived as a slightly more compact interpretation of the original Jumbo Ref. 3700. Measuring 37mm in diameter, it retains all of the porthole-inspired character, integrated bracelet architecture, and unmistakable wrist presence of its predecessor while offering proportions that many collectors consider ideal today.
The signature blue ribbed dial remains one of the most captivating in all of watchmaking. Its horizontal embossed pattern catches the light beautifully, shifting from deep navy to smoky steel-blue depending on the angle. Applied hour markers and round 'baton' hands provide contrast and legibility, while the framed date aperture at three o'clock preserves the clean symmetry that has become synonymous with the Nautilus design.
Powering the watch is Patek Philippe's Calibre 335 automatic movement, visible only through the performance it delivers—precise, refined, and built to the exacting standards that define the manufacture. The integrated stainless-steel bracelet flows seamlessly from the case and is secured by a double-folding deployant clasp with signed locking mechanism, completing one of the most recognizable silhouettes in modern horology.
Collectors often debate the merits of various Nautilus references, but the Ref. 3800 occupies a particularly compelling position. It offers vintage charm, Gérald Genta pedigree, and the slim elegance of the early Nautilus era while remaining remarkably wearable in everyday life.
The king of kings? Few watches have a stronger claim. Elegant, sporting, historically significant, and endlessly desirable, the Nautilus Ref. 3800 remains one of the defining wristwatches of the twentieth century and a cornerstone of any serious collection.
