This piece is unique for its insane calculator functionality hidden under its oversized crystal hanging over the rotating calculator scales. With fixed and rotating slide rules, you can efficiently make precise calculations straight on the wrist. Introduced in the 40s as a practical solution for engineers, in the modern era of smart watches, this was one of the earliest calculator "apps" available for the wrist.
