The MB&F Legacy Machine 101 is a striking expression of independent watchmaking, blending traditional haute horlogerie with the brand’s unmistakably unconventional approach to design. Crafted in 18K rose gold, the 40mm case frames a rich blue dial dominated by MB&F’s signature 14mm flying balance wheel, dramatically suspended above the movement.
Offset displays indicate the hours and minutes alongside a 45-hour power reserve, allowing the sculptural mechanics to remain the focal point. At its heart is MB&F’s manually wound in-house movement, developed with renowned independent watchmaker Kari Voutilainen responsible for its aesthetic and finishing specifications. Visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, the movement showcases exceptional hand-finishing and darkened NAC-treated bridges.
Distinctive yet refined, the Legacy Machine 101 captures MB&F’s ability to reinterpret classical watchmaking through a contemporary, three-dimensional perspective.
