Feast your eyes on the ultimate aviation watch.

The IWC Pilot's Watch can trace its history back to the oversized timepieces produced for military aviators in 1940. These enormous pieces were originally designed for maximum legibility in a cockpit setting, and were meant to be worn on the pilot's thigh!

Today the Pilot's line is perhaps IWC's most identifiable collection, featuring a variety of case and dial configurations suited for any taste — provided your wrist can handle the larger-than-average dimensions of most of the watches.

This particular example, a Mark XVIII from the 2020s, exists as the contemporary take on the original Mark XI from the late 1940's. Reasonably sized next to its larger ‘Big Pilot’ siblings, it’s housed in a 40mm titanium case with a sapphire crystal, a signed crown, and a sloped bezel. A handsome, luminous matte black dial is the star of the show, with cream-colored Arabic indices, a matching blued steel ‘sword’ handset, and a date window at 3:00.

Powered by the automatic IWC Calibre 35111 movement with 42 hours of power reserve, this Reference IW327006 comes paired to a signed, brown leather strap with a signed titanium pin buckle, and even includes its factory goodies. Vintage-inspired, highly legible, and surprisingly versatile, it’s a true contemporary classic, and one that belongs in every serious collector’s watch box.

Case is in outstanding condition overall showing light signs of wear from careful use. Luminous matte black dial with printed Arabic indices is in as-new condition with matching handset. Signed crown.

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
