Last but certainly not least, this watch offers a truly awesome party piece... a diamond encrusted case that was created in such a way in which 273 individually set diamonds scale in size from large to small, and then back again, all in a one unbroken ribbon swirl - simply stunning!

This lovely watch is in outstanding as-new condition throughout and is accompanied by its original 18k white gold diamond-set pin buckle fitted to a Patek Philippe signed brown leather alligator strap.
