EVOKING THE COSMOS

 

Embodying the uniquely Japanese Grand Seiko aesthetic, the Heritage Collection features a classic watch selection honouring some of the earliest Grand Seiko models. For this model, one of three exclusive editions, the Watches of Switzerland Group is proud to partner with Grand Seiko for a stunning, limited edition timepiece honouring one of Japan's most scenic spots, Jōdogahama beach in the Northern Tōhoku region.

This 40mm stainless steel model is inspired by the starry skies of Jōdogahama, a designated 'place of scenic beauty'. The green mosaic patterned dial and matching green seconds hand evoke the wonder of the cosmos in a bold but elegant way.

THE ART OF HOROLOGY

 

Equipped with ultra-precise movements and artisan techniques of beauty and precision, Grand Seiko timepieces balance superb performance with iconic design. This approach is immediately visible in this green Heritage model, pairing the intricate radial pattern of the dial with the case and bracelet, both meticulously polished using the refined 'Zaratsu' polishing method.

Directly based on the 1967 design, the 62GS, this model radiates true vintage charm, underpinned by advanced watch technology in the form of the 9S85 calibre automatic movement. This iconic, in-house movement is both durable and precise, accurate from +5 to -3 seconds per day and featuring a 55hr power reserve.

The sapphire back of the case reveals the intricate movement within, while remaining water resistant to 10 bar (100 metres).

Both the green and purple editions of this Watches of Switzerland Group exclusive are limited to just 200 pieces worldwide.

Returns Policy

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following return services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
